L’ansia, con la sua vasta casistica di sintomi, crea notevole disagio e nessuno di noi vorrebbe farne esperienza. Perché mai allora dovremmo addirittura farcela amica? Essa, di fatto, viene per:
1. avvisarci quando l’esistere non è più in sintonia con la nostra autenticità;
2. comunicarci che non stiamo vivendo nel modo giusto, ma siamo vittime inconsapevoli di “qualcosa” che ci chiede aiuto;
3. spingerci ad entrare in contatto con il mondo interno per prenderci cura di noi stessi.
Fermarci, ascoltarci e riflettere consente di ristabilire quell’equilibrio interno smarrito. L’ansia, avendo esaurito il suo mandato, ci consente di tornare ad essere quel che in realtà siamo. Prendendosi cura dell’ansia essa, non avrà modo di esistere perché la psiche, che la costruisce, si tranquillizza in quanto gli opposti sono tornati in giusta tensione.
